The PAGID RSL 1 and RSL 1E compounds are designed for GT cars, touring cars, and prototype endurance racing, and are also widely used in sprint events thanks to their high friction levels and strong modulation characteristics. Both materials are low-metallic, resin-bonded formulations containing steel and aramid fibers, providing very high thermal resistance and stable performance across a broad temperature range.

The consistent friction behavior, reduced wear rate, and disc-friendly nature of RSL 1 make it suitable for long-distance racing. RSL 1E further enhances pad life, modulation quality, and friction stability at elevated temperatures, offering the lowest wear rate in the entire PAGID Racing portfolio for heavily thermally loaded applications.
