Hot weather towing or drag racing can put significant stress on the cooling system of the Raptor. An unreliable or inefficient setup may cause overheating and potential engine damage. This Mishimoto racing thermostat is specifically engineered for the 2017+ Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost.

Mishimoto racing thermostats improve cooling efficiency by lowering high engine temperatures. Once the engine is fully warmed up, the Mishimoto low-temperature thermostat opens at 160°F, compared to the standard 190°F. This allows coolant to circulate sooner, reducing and maintaining lower engine temperatures.
