The Mishimoto racing thermostat for the 2008-2012 Mercedes Benz C63 AMG is designed to promote greater cooling efficiency in both stock and modified M156 engines. Once the engine is fully warmed up, this thermostat opens at a lower temperature than standard thermostats, allowing coolant to flow through the engine sooner and helping to reduce and maintain cooler engine temperatures.

This thermostat is a direct replacement for the stock unit and is suitable for both street and track AMG vehicles. The package includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: The installation of this thermostat requires the use of the Mercedes Benz 1562030475 housing. The stock thermostat must be removed and the Mishimoto thermostat installed in its place.
