The Mishimoto racing thermostat for the 2003-2006 Mercedes Benz E55 AMG is designed to promote greater cooling efficiency in both stock and modified M113 5.4L Supercharged engines. Once the engine reaches operating temperature, this thermostat opens at a lower temperature than standard units, allowing coolant to circulate sooner and helping to maintain cooler engine temperatures.

This thermostat serves as a direct replacement for the stock unit and is suitable for both street and track applications. It comes with the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: The installation of this thermostat requires the use of the Mercedes Benz 1132030275 housing. The stock thermostat must be removed and the Mishimoto thermostat installed in its place.
