The Mishimoto direct-fit top-mount intercooler is designed to reduce high intake temperatures on both stock and modified 2008-2021 Subaru WRX STI models. This intercooler features durable cast aluminum end tanks TIG-welded to a dense bar-and-plate core, engineered for optimum performance on the street and track.

The core measures 3.75\" thick with a total volume of 584 in³, utilizing a dense offset fin pitch to optimize heat transfer and support vehicles from stock up to 400 whp. Rigorous testing showed a 10°F temperature drop and a bolt-on power increase of +5 whp and +7 wtq on a stock test vehicle. Installation is straightforward, requires no modification to the stock A/C line, and can be completed in under 30 minutes.

This intercooler is available in a powder-coated finish of Stealth Black or Sleek Silver. It includes new Y-pipe gaskets, a new BPV gasket, a silicone PCV hose, and a silicone throttle body coupler for reliable service.

Note: This kit is rated for 250-450 whp with maximum limits of approximately 500 whp, or 30 PSI of turbo boost. Exceeding these limits may require a larger front-mount intercooler.
