The Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Radiator is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory radiator on 2019 and newer Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models. Designed to address the limitations of the OEM plastic end tank construction, this radiator utilizes TIG-welded aluminum and durable aluminum side brackets to improve structural integrity, reliability, and long-term resistance to cracks and leaks.

With a 119% increase in core volume and a 31% increase in fluid capacity compared to stock, the radiator delivers significantly improved heat rejection under demanding conditions such as towing, hauling, and off-road use. An oversized 7-row internal oil cooler enhances thermal efficiency over the OEM 6-row design, while strutted tubes along the top and bottom rows provide additional rigidity to withstand vibration, pressure, and chassis flex. Foam applied to the rear of the core ensures a proper fan shroud seal for consistent airflow and cooling performance.
