The Fox-Body Mustang is well-suited for both daily driving and drag strip use. With a wide range of aftermarket options, increasing horsepower is straightforward and affordable. However, more power often leads to higher temperatures, making an effective and reliable cooling system essential.

The Mishimoto Ford Mustang all-aluminum radiator features a brazed aluminum two-row core and precision stamped end tanks for structural rigidity and improved durability. It includes a high-pressure 1.3 bar radiator cap, which raises the boiling point of coolant for a safer and more efficient system, suitable for cammed or blown small block engines. An internal automatic transmission cooler is included to effectively cool AOD or C4 transmissions.

This radiator offers a core thickness of 2.125 inches and a significant increase in coolant capacity. A Mishimoto magnetic drain plug is included to collect metal fragments in the cooling system, utilizing a dowty seal for protection against leaks. The brushed finish provides both performance and style. The direct-fit design ensures simple installation and perfect fitment for 1979-1993 models. The Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty is included.
