The Dodge Cummins in-line six is recognized for its smooth power delivery and engine longevity. Mishimoto has developed an intercooler for the 2010–2012 6.7L Cummins designed for durability. The intercooler features robust cast aluminum end tanks and a dense bar-and-plate core.

This Dodge Cummins intercooler delivers reduced intake temperatures, improved airflow, and decreased pressure loss. The increased core volume supports substantial boost pressures and helps lower EGTs in both stock and modified trucks. Larger-than-factory intercooler outlets provide increased flow.

Included are two silicone boots with DuraCore technology and Constant Tension T-bolt Clamps for reliable holding power. DuraCore technology offers superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, increasing the lifespan of the boots by preventing leaks and blow-outs. The intercooler is available in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black and is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: Disconnecting the AC lines is necessary to remove the stock intercooler. It is recommended that the vehicle is taken to a certified AC repair shop to have the AC refrigerant properly evacuated before removing any stock intercooler components.

Note: Relocation of the power steering cooler may be needed for H.O. (High Output) models.
