The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit is designed to improve cooling for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST. The factory intercooling system on the 2.0T EcoBoost-powered Focus ST features restrictive piping and a turbo muffler, limiting performance potential.

This kit replaces the hot-side pipe with mandrel-bent aluminum, removes the muffler, and increases the diameter for a 26% improvement in flow on the hot-side. All rubber components are replaced with wire-reinforced silicone for durability and smoother flow on the cold-side. The result is a 21% increase in flow to and from the intercooler.

The bar-and-plate intercooler core allows for improved airflow and better heat dissipation compared to the stock core. The all-aluminum construction helps prevent heat-soak during demanding driving, delivering cooler air to the intake manifold. The kit adds 8 HP and 10 TQ, with a maximum horsepower rating of 550HP. Available in silver, black, or gold, with wrinkle black or polished piping options.

Installation Notes: 22 in-lbs (2.5NM) recommended for all worm gear clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-27 in-lbs (2-3NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 27 in-lbs (3NM).
