A high-horsepower Evo requires an intercooler that delivers optimal airflow and a cool, dense charge of air. Modified vehicles running high-boost pressures often experience increased air intake temperatures and heat soak, which can reduce performance.

The Mishimoto Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X Performance Intercooler is a direct bolt-on unit engineered specifically for the Evo X. Featuring a 3.5\" thick bar-and-plate core, this intercooler offers efficient heat dissipation and maintains low intake temperatures. The cast aluminum end tanks provide durability and smooth airflow. Dyno testing shows an increase of 10 whp and 10 tq, and the intercooler supports modified vehicles up to 600 whp. The core's fin design promotes substantial heat exchange with minimal pressure loss. Available in powder-coated Sleek Silver or Stealth Black finishes.

Note: This intercooler can be used with stock or aftermarket intercooler pipes. The CNC mounting pegs must be installed by the customer.
