Reduce restriction and increase the volume of charged air flow in the 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Piping Kit. This kit combines both hot-side and cold-side piping to optimize airways to and from the intercooler. The cold-side pipe is constructed from a single section of durable 5-ply silicone, eliminating the need for additional couplers.

The improved design is flexible for easier installation and reinforced with steel wire for durability. The inner diameter of the cold-side pipe has been increased, resulting in a 31% increase in internal volume and a 46% increase in flow compared to stock piping. The hot-side piping features a specially designed aluminum mid-section and dependable silicone couplers to maintain boost pressure. The diameter has been increased to 2.5 inches, and the design directs airflow to the front PTU cooler, which would be blocked by traditional piping.

The kit includes wire-reinforced, 5-ply silicone couplers for secure connections to the turbo and intercooler. It is available in black and includes all necessary hardware for direct fitment to the 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS. The Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty is included.

Installation Notes: 27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).
