Description MISHIMOTO MMGRT-215 Heat Defense Heat Protective Tape - 2\" x 15' Roll
Mishimoto Heat Defense Tape is designed to reflect heat and protect sensitive engine components from high engine temperatures. It is constructed from highly reflective metalized polyimide film, the same material used by the space industry to shield sensitive instruments from high temperatures.
The film is laminated to glass cloth with a high temperature laminating adhesive. Heat Defense withstands up to 675°F of radiant heat and features a self-adhesive backing with a high temperature pressure sensitive adhesive, protected by an easy to remove backing.
