Protect the VQ37 engine in the Infiniti G37 with the Mishimoto 2007-2013 Infiniti G37 Baffled Oil Catch Can kit. This dual-can system addresses blow-by, a common issue in modern engines, by intercepting oil droplets and preventing carbon buildup on the valves, which can reduce engine performance.

The kit features two 6061 aluminum compact catch cans mounted in line with the VQ37VHR's dual PCV system using an application-specific bracket. Each can includes a baffle to condense oil and fuel vapors, internal air diverters for consistent PCV flow, and a 50-micron bronze filter to trap oil droplets. The kit also includes pre-molded flat-black hoses and is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Unlike most air-oil-separator (AOS) systems, these catch cans are not heated, allowing all blow-by to condense in the can. The system traps blow-by permanently instead of returning it to the oil pan.

Installation Notes: 22 in-lbs (2.5NM) recommended for all worm-gear clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-27 in-lbs (2-3NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 27 in-lbs (3NM).

Recommendation: After installation, Mishimoto recommends checking the contents of the baffled catch can every 1,000 miles until a baseline is established. Oil blow-by accumulation will vary with ambient temperatures and driving conditions. It is important that the contents of the can do not rise above the internal baffle.
