Manley Platinum Series pistons feature 2618 alloy forgings, proven cam and barrel skirt profiles, tool steel wrist pins, and moly skirt coatings on select part numbers.
Manley uses domestic 2618 alloy forgings for superior strength and performance. Exacting standards for piston ring lands and grooves enhance ring seal and power.
- Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins come standard with Standard Series pistons; select SKUs offer 9310 and Turbo Tuff/DLC wrist pin upgrades.
- Cam and barrel skirt profiles generate substantial power while being gentle on cylinder walls.
- Unique fixturing allows skirt turning and ring groove machining in a single operation.
- Single-operation machining ensures ring groove-to-skirt squareness.
