For high-horsepower and high-boost applications, fully machined Turbo Tuff Series billet cranks are available for Mitsubishi 4G63/4G64 and Subaru EJ20/EJ25 engines.
- Manufactured from 4340 Turbo-Tuff billet material.
- Crank pins and counterweights are gun-drilled for lightening, and the counterweights are fully knife-edged for precise balance and stability.
- A multi-step heat-treatment process and nitriding enhance crankshaft strength and longevity.
- Each crankshaft undergoes stress relief, shot peening, and 100% magnafluxing.
