Description K&N 57-2503 Performance Air Intake System FORD P/UP BRONCO; 1988-95

The K&N 57-2503 FIPK air intake system replaces the vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intakes are designed to reduce intake restriction by smoothing and straightening air flow. This allows the engine to draw in a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly, resulting in more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range.

The 57-2503 air intake includes a vent hose and a chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter that mounts in the previous air box location. Air is directed through dual intake tubes into the engine's throttle body for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized, oval tapered cone-shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed, depending on driving conditions. Installation typically takes about 60 minutes and requires commonly available tools.
