The K&N 50-3103 NextGen cold air intake system is designed for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD models equipped with the 6.6L V8 engine. The rotationally molded HDPE intake tube increases airflow volume by 83.2%, delivering dyno-proven gains of 20.56 horsepower and 28.1 lb-ft of torque without requiring any tuning. A washable, reusable High-Flow LIFETIME Air Filter™ with oiled cotton media supports extended service intervals, while the oversized conical design allows up to 100,000 miles between cleanings under normal highway driving conditions. The custom NextGen airbox helps shield the intake charge from engine bay heat, and the simplified design enables installation in less than one hour.
