Description K&N 50-3070 Cold Air Intake System for CHEVROLET Silverado 1500 (GMT900) / GMC Sierra 1500 (GMT900)
The K&N 50-3070 NextGen cold air intake system is engineered for Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.2L V8 engines. The rotationally molded HDPE intake tube increases airflow volume by 30.8%, supporting dyno-measured gains of 18.78 horsepower and 15.59 lb-ft of torque without the need for ECU tuning. The system includes a washable, reusable High-Flow LIFETIME Air Filter™ featuring oiled cotton media, with an oversized conical design that allows up to 100,000 miles between service intervals. A custom NextGen airbox helps reduce heat intrusion from the engine bay, and installation typically requires less than 60 minutes.
