The GARRETT 877895-5006S G25-660 turbocharger is designed with a 0.92 A/R V-Band inlet and outlet in standard rotation, equipped with an internally wastegated housing. As part of Garrett’s new G Series, it delivers outstanding efficiency and power capability in a compact frame. The G25-660 supports up to 660 horsepower for 1.4 L – 3.0 L engines, making it suitable for motorsport and high-performance street applications. Featuring a forged, fully-machined compressor wheel with CFD-optimized aerodynamics, the unit provides up to 15–30% more airflow compared to GTX Gen II turbos. The turbine wheel, constructed from Mar-M alloy, handles exhaust gas temperatures up to 1050 °C while flowing up to 20% more than GTX designs. With stainless steel turbine housing, fully machined speed sensor ports, dual ceramic ball bearings, and advanced cooling solutions, this turbocharger is engineered for durability and superior boost response.
