DBA discs use a specially formulated material to withstand constant extreme temperatures, time and time again. This minimises disc damage due to heat and prolongs the disc life overall.
Thermographic Temperature Monitoring
Heat paint markings change colour to indicate brake temperatures. When temperature thresholds have been exceeded the markings change colour permanently, allowing the driver to monitor disc fatigue & decide on replacement discs.
Paint Protection for Non-friction Surfaces
Mounting and other non-friction surfaces are painted with high-temperature black paint, preventing corrosion and enhancing the appearance of your brake setup.
