Description BORLA 400436 UNIVERSAL Performance Muffler,, silver \"Heavy Duty\" (HD), In / Out 3\", dim. 24\"x6.75\"
This muffler is developed for truck applications and other uses that require a long body muffler. It is considered an \"S-Type\" muffler when compared to the 7.75\" diameter x 24\" long body BORLA Specialty mufflers and is used on the same applications.
Un-notched necks are designed for weld-in installation. If clamping is preferred, use 3\" wide band clamps 18006. An alternate muffler with notched necks is available as 400500, which uses 1\" wide band clamps 18330. The reversible design allows for installation flexibility.
