The Alpha R35 GT-R MAP Sensor Upgrade provides a plug-and-play solution for precise boost control above 24 psi. Higher boost levels with the R35 GT-R can lead to inaccurate boost control using the factory MAP sensor, making an upgrade essential for reliability and safety.

The factory MAP sensor only reads up to 24 psi reliably, limiting the ability to maintain a working boost cut in over-boost situations. Beyond this limit, factory boost control is lost, and accurate data logging becomes impossible. The Alpha MAP Sensor uses a 4-bar sensor to enable accurate boost control up to 44 psi, improving both safety and data collection for tuning.

Installation is straightforward, requiring no cutting of wiring, as the sensor uses the stock connector for direct integration with the factory harness. The Alpha MAP Sensor is compatible with both the stock ECU and aftermarket engine management systems.
