The Alpha R35 GT-R Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) is designed for high performance and precise fitment on the Nissan GT-R. This intercooler is used on the Alpha 9 GT-R package and is suitable for GT-Rs producing up to 1000HP. It offers over 75% more internal flow area than the stock intercooler, works with stock piping, and does not require any cutting or trimming.

The intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks, engineered using Solidworks 3D CAD software, and includes integrated OEM location mounting points for easy installation. Precisely molded silicone couplers are included to optimize airflow through the larger 3” inlet and outlet ports.

Each Alpha Intercooler is hand TIG welded in a jig for a perfect fit and pressure tested to 50 psi. The bar and plate core is sourced from the same manufacturer used in AMS’s world record holding 1400HP drag car and championship-winning race team.
