Description AMS ALP.07.08.0101-6 Billet Intake Manifold with Secondary Fuel Rail 12 Injector Clear Anodized for NISSAN GT-R (R35)
The Alpha Performance R35 GT-R Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold Plenums are designed to be the most efficient and power-producing cast intake manifold available. Every detail has been considered to create this high-performance induction component. The Alpha GT-R Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold Plenums provide global performance, delivering more horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band compared to other leading cast aluminum GTR intake manifolds.
Based on championship-winning carbon fiber intake plenum designs, the cast aluminum plenums are molded and tapered to channel charged air effectively, reducing turbulence and accelerating air delivery to the engine. Each manifold is carefully matched to its upper and lower running sections to maintain optimal airflow from the throttle body to the cylinder heads. Dowel locating pins are used to ensure perfect alignment and eliminate steps or protrusions that could cause turbulence.
The manifold has been rigorously tested for strength and reliability, including cycle testing from 0–50psi in high heat and a burst test at over 150psi. Provisions are available for an additional Alpha fuel rail to support extremely high-powered GT-Rs. Optional Alpha billet big bore throttle bodies are available for applications exceeding 800HP. Anodized color finishes are offered to complement the appearance of the engine bay.
