This new product has been designed to complete the very sophisticated task of enhancing the sound inside the car’s cabin and improving the thrill and enjoyment of the driving experience.This simple-to-use device fits on the tube that leads from the muffler to the tailpipe, and it opens and closes the slots that are in the tube to produce a fully immersive sound in the car’s cockpit. When the completely manually adjustable, patent-pending reflector opens the slots, more sound reflects into the car, providing a superb aural effect that can be enjoyed by all occupants.The Akrapovič Adjustable Acoustic Reflector is a part of ECE type-approved Slip-On Line systems for the BMW M140i/M240i, 340i/440i – all of which are equipped with OPF/GPF filters. For installing the slip-on system, the stock exhaust system has to be cut. Please read the instructions carefully before the start of the installation.
