This Slip-On exhaust system is designed as a sporty upgrade for the single-cylinder BMW C 400 scooter. It features a sandblasted outer sleeve made of high-grade lightweight titanium, combined with a stainless-steel inner structure and a carbon-fibre end cap. The muffler incorporates a distinctive imprint that enhances the dynamic appearance while also increasing structural strength and long-term durability.

Titanium mounting brackets allow direct installation of the original stock heatshield, ensuring seamless integration with the scooter’s factory components. The use of lightweight materials results in a significant weight reduction compared to the standard exhaust system.

When tested on the in-house dyno against a BMW C 400 equipped with the stock exhaust, the system delivers measurable power and torque gains at higher rpm.
