___ProLine STD___ A wide range of rugged and reliable oil coolers for all types of cooling on a vehicle, engine oil, transmission oil, clutch, brakes, differential, power steering... The chart below shows our ProLine range of oil coolers, the sizes available and the dimensions. And you can get them right away. Our oil coolers are fitted with a smart adapter system allowing them to connect to all other cooling systems. The word "dynamic" implies that the pressure can fluctuate between the limits. __Pressure Pulsation Endurance__ How many times the cooler can withstand pressurization between a lower and an upper limit. The Herz number indicates the frequency of pulsations per second. __Max Pressure__ The maximum operating pressure. __Burst Pressure__ The maximum pressure the cooler can withstand before bursting. __Pressure Test__ The pressure the cooler is exposed to after brazing to ensure brazing joint integrity. __Leak test__ The pressure level the cooler is tested at for leaks after the pressure test. __Working Temperature__ The temperature range the cooler is designed to operate within. Operating temperatures outside of the defined range will negatively affect the strength and durability of the cooler. __Corrosion Endurance__ How long the cooler can withstand a salt spray test before starting to leak. The test simulates the expected lifetime exposure of a typical vehicle to a mixture of water and road salts. __Inner Cleanliness__ The maximum amount of particles the cooler is expected to contain. __General Dimensional Tolerances__ The standard to which the cooler conforms regarding dimensions specified on the technical drawing. __Material__ The material the cooler is made of. __Max Connection Tightening Torque__ The maximum torque allowed when tightening the connection on the cooler.
