The WAGNERTUNING high-performance charge air cooler has a new type of competition net (Tube Fin) with the dimensions 600 mm x 445 (315) mm x 105 (60) mm [stepped design], which was developed especially for the requirements of the Kia Stinger GT.

This high-performance net offers a 175% larger inflow area and 183% more net volume compared to the original intercooler.

 

The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). With the help of an incorporated air baffle inside the radiator inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is ensured. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, the newly developed competition high-performance net provides the adjacent components, such as the water cooler, even more airflow through the use of a specially prepared air baffle and is also very light. Thus, this kit is just right for racing. An optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

 

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat-conducting properties protects WAGNERTUNING intercoolers from all environmental influences, as a result of which a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed. The assembly takes place at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to constant qualitative monitoring.
